Woman Mp Hon.Dr.Agness Atim Apea on 13th June 2024 distributed over 3000 Kuroilers chicks to disabled person to all the sixteen sub county in Amolatar.
While heading the distribution, councillor representing female disable person at the district Hon. Ketty Etap asked the fellow disable to put into proper use " the chicks", urging them to keep them with care so as it grows.
Hon.Etap also applauded Hon.Agnes Anyim Apea woman member of Parliament for considering them as people who also want to develop.
Hon Otaka Kamilo the male representative disable Amolatar District argued the beneficiaries to avoid laziness but keep the chicks with passion so that it help them fight poverty among the disabled.
"It is worth to appreciates Hon.Dr.Agnes Atim Apea for she is one dedicated Member of Parliament in Amolatar who is helping every category of people", he added " With the help from Hon. Agnes Atim they we not want to see disabled person begging but growing like any other person in the world."
Meanwhile Local council chairperson of Aputi sub county Hon.Tonny Amuka thanked Dr.Agnes Atim Apea for love she has for all kind of person urging the disable to utilize their time and keep the chicks.
He added that most Members of Parliament are not doing what woman member of Parliament Dr. Agnes is doing but rather considering only their pocket.
Betty Erwot one of the beneficiaries applauded Hon.Agnes Atim Apea for supporting them urging fellow to work hard and achieve.
Another beneficiary Obira Isaac said the donation will help put out disabled person from poverty and sign like normal people.
Over 3000 chicken were distributed to over 300 PWDs -Amolatar.
